The Carter Education & Community Foundation, Inc is a scholarship & programming foundation created to honor the community work of both The Late Eddie Carter, and Margurette Brooks Carter. These are two Legacy Leaders committed to building a better community and dedicated to developing future young leaders.
It is our hope that we are able to continue their efforts by living out the mission of The Carter Education & Community Foundation, Inc which is to build a formidable network of community organizers, business leaders, family, friends, and neighbors to ensure equitable access is available for all future leaders to advance in.
